Mr. Marc Belzberg - Chairman
After receiving his MBA from New York University in 1979, Mr. Belzberg
gained extensive business experience in finance while working on Wall
Street for Salomon Brother's Mergers and Acquisitions Department and then
as Assistant to the Chairman of the Board of Oppenheimer & Co.
Mr. Belzberg then opened the office of the Belzberg family interests in
New York in 1983, becoming the first President of First City Capital Corporation.
While at First City Capital, Mr. Belzberg managed the risk arbitrage department,
the Japanese arbitrage department, the foreign currency hedging and trading
units and the undervalued stock investment group, generating profits of
over $500mm for the group over a 5 year period
In 1984, Mr. Belzberg won the first national license to provide cellular
telephone service in Canada before any US licenses had been granted. The
Belzberg family of Canada owned 40% of the consortium together with Rogers
Cable Systems of Canada and Telemedia. Later, Ameritech invested $20mm
in the company in exchange for a 20% interest.
In 1990, the Belzberg family sold their stake in the company for $230mm.
Mr. Belzberg moved to Israel in 1992 and became very active in the local
business community as well. He has since invested in some of Israel's
most promising companies, marketing technologically innovative products
worldwide.
Mr. Belzberg is the Chairman of Wave Group and as well as the Chairman
CEO of e-SIM.
Mr. Belzberg is a partner in the Venture Capital firm of Meditech Advisors,
which invests in Medical Devices.
In addition to Mr. Belzberg's many and varied investments in multiple
industries in Israel and abroad, Mr. Belzberg is also deeply committed
to philanthropy in Israel and abroad. Among the projects Mr. Belzberg
has built and guided is OneFamily, an organisation established by Mr.
Belzberg to provide assistance to terror victims and their families in
Israel. OneFamily has provided over $13mm of financial and emotional support
to over 2,500 victims of terror and their families for their immediate
and long-term needs.
Mr. Belzberg also serves as the Chairman of the Board of World Bnei Akiva,
the largest Jewish youth movement in the world, with 50,000 young members
in 35 countries and he is also the Chairman of the Board of the Foundation
for Jewish Renaissance, an organisation dedicated to raising Jewish identity
in Israel and all Jewish communities around the world. Today, over 250,000
children in over 19 countries participate on a weekly basis in the programs
of the Foundation for Jewish Renaissance.
Mr. Belzberg sits on the Board of Directors of the Simon Wiesenthal Museum
of Tolerance with branches in Los Angeles, New York, France and Jerusalem.
Mr. Belzberg also sits on the board of the Jerusalem Post.

philanthropy are well known.
Colonel (ret.). Ehud Gal - CEO
Mr. Ehud Gal established O.D.F. Optronics after serving for more than
20 years in a variety of positions in the Israeli Military R&D units,
during which he led activities in the area of Image Processing, Computer
Vision and Expert Support Systems. These resulted in the deployment of
systems, which are now running successfully in the Israeli Defense Force.
His service included positions as Project Officer, R&D Division of
the Israel Air Force, where he was in charge of cutting edge technologies
in the electro-optics field, often applying creative and unorthodox methodology.
He reached the senior position of Scientific Deputy to the Head of DDR&D
(defense Directorate for R&D) where his responsibilities included
the analysis of current and future requirements of the defense arena with
an emphasis on identifying technological gaps, forecasting technological
trends and negotiating and processing contractual agreements for Defense
R&D with local and foreign industries. He holds the rank of Col. (res.)
and enjoys close relations with many sectors of the Israeli R&D establishment.
He holds a B.Sc. from Technion in Industrial Management and an M.A. from
the National Security College in national security and defense industries.
Maj Gen. (ret.) Amos Malka
Amos Malka is shareholder & president of AM-DASC LTD. A privately
owned defense & security consulting firm, providing professional consultancy
to various customers in the defense and security segments. Areas of activities
include large project planning & implementation (risk assessment,
concept & detailed design, project management). The company supports
"young" technologies requiring support in maneuvering in the
business sector (strategy, business development, teaming with American
players, marketing).
Amos Malka is the chairman of the board of Albar Ltd. (www.albar.co.il)
one of the largest car leasing companies in Israel; a board member in
IDB Development Corporation Ltd. (http://www.idbd.co.il/) one of the largest
business enterprises in the private sector of the Israeli economy, and
in Plasan Sasa, (http://www.plasansasa.com/) an add-on armor solutions
company.
Malka Retired from the IDF in 2002 at the rank of Maj. Gen.; he commenced
his service in the Armored Corps and moved up in commanding positions
in combat units. From 1992 to 1996, as Brig. Gen., commanded two armored
divisions; From 1996 to 2002 as Maj. Gen., served as head of the IDF Ground
Forces Command, and later as Director of Defense Intelligence, a post
he held until his retirement in 2002.
In his position of Ground Forces Commander, in addition to command and
operational missions, was responsible for doctrine, training, weapon systems
(R&D & procurement), budget & planning and was heavily involved
in Israeli defense and security technologies, and American defense &
security technologies.
In the position of Director of Defense Intelligence, was responsible for
"National Assessment" and was a member of the prime minister's
and minister of defense cabinets and IDF Joint Staff, where he was heavily
involved in national strategic decision making and in unique technology
(R&D, procurement, implementation).
In 2001, he was awarded the U.S. Legion of Merit by the U.S. President,
"for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding
service." In 1998, the German President Roman Herzog awarded him
the Knight Commander's Cross of the Order of Merit "in recognition
for his outstanding services to the Federal Republic of Germany."
Malka has a B.A. in history from Tel Aviv University (1987), graduated
from the IDF Staff & Command College (1979-80) and it's National Defense
Academy (1986-87). He is currently working on an M.A. in political science
at Haifa University and on an Executive M.B.A. at the Hebrew University
of Jerusalem.
Mr. Daniel Hai Brenner
Mr. Daniel Hai Brenner is the chairman, CEO and the majority shares holder
of Kamor Group Ltd. traded at Tel-Aviv stock exchange. Kamor Group Ltd.
is active, directly and through its subsidiaries, in development of yielding
real estate in Israel and abroad, import and distribution of BMW vehicles
in Israel and Bulgaria, shipping, capital markets, tiers distribution
and hi-tech.
Before inaugurating Kamor, Mr. Brenner was chief economist at Atlantic
Fishing and Shipping Ltd., Vice President at Rasco Construction and Investments
Ltd. (one of Israel's major construction companies) and Founding Partner
and Chairman at Ras-Car Ltd. (BMW importer).
Mr. Brenner is member of the board in public corporations like Kamor Ltd.,
and Agri Invest Ltd., Kamor Motors Ltd., and private corporations like
Kamor Vehicles Ltd. Kamor Auto (BMW), Kamor Finance (1991) Ltd., Kamor
Traffic Accessories (tiers), Sahar Finance (capital markets) Seastar (shipping).
Mr. Brenner has a distinguished swimming career, 1974 champion of Asia
and champion of Israel between 1973 to 1976, Member of Olympic team, Sportsman
of the Year, two times.
On top of his business activity Mr. Brenner invest a significant part
of his time in charities and philanthropy among which he established BMW
fund named after Mila Brenner that supports underprivileged.
Mr. Brenner holds a B.A. in Economics from Haifa University, Israel and
MBA from London University, UK
Malcolm I. Hoenlein
Malcolm Hoenlein is the Executive Vice Chairman of the Conference of Presidents
of Major American Jewish Organizations, the coordinating body on international
Jewish concerns for 52 national Jewish organizations, since the year 1986.
Previously, he served as the founding Executive Director of the Jewish
Community Relations Council of Greater New York, the central coordinating
agency for Jewish organizations in the metropolitan New York area. Prior
to that, he was the founding Executive Director of the Greater New York
Conference on Soviet Jewry. Malcolm Hoenlein received his B.A. in Political
Science from Temple University and his Masters degree from the University
of Pennsylvania's Department of International Relations, where he completed
his doctoral course work. A National Defense Fellow in the University's
Near East Center, Mr. Hoenlein taught International Relations in the Political
Science Department and served as a Middle East specialist at the Foreign
Policy Research Institute. In addition, he served on the editorial staff
of ORBIS, the Journal of International Affairs. Mr. Hoenlein has been
the recipient of many awards and tributes. Among recent honors, he was
conferred a Doctorate of Humane Letters Honoria Causa by Yeshiva University
in 2002, and was honored by, among others, State of Israel Bonds for his
"valiant and extraordinary service to Israel and the Jewish people," the
Private Sector Initiative Award from President Ronald Reagan, American
ORT honored him with a special "Man of the Millennium" Tribute, the first
Quittman Award for Jewish Professional Excellence, the Defender of Jerusalem
Award, Millender Fellow at Brandeis University, Fellow of the Jerusalem
College of Technology, the Jack D. Weiler Award for Jewish Communal Service,
and the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations National Service Award.
Mr. Hoenlein played a key role in organizing the massive National Solidarity
Rally for Israel in Washington, DC on April 15, 2002. The Forward listed
him as the most influential Jewish leader. Mr. Hoenlein is associated
with and serves on the boards of many communal, educational and civic
organizations including the Council on Foreign Relations, and America-Israel
Chamber of Commerce. He is Chairman of America's Voices in Israel, Co-Chair
of SCAN, and Co-Chair of Sharing for Life. He serves on the Board of Directors
or Advisory Board of several companies, including Bank Leumi USA, Keryx
Biopharmaceuticals, Inc.
Mr. Eitan Metuki
Mr. Eitan Metuki is the CEO of Spark Enterprise L.P, a venture capital
running 22 M$ pre-seed and seed funds, including investor drafts & entrepreneur
screening over 1600 projects and companies. Spark invested in 19 companies
in a variety of fields-intelligence, security, optics, bio-technology
and others. Prior to Spark Enterprise, Mr. Metuki was the CFO of C. Mer
Industries Ltd, traded in the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, holding more then
20 communication and infrastructure companies. C. Mer deals with various
aspects of product management, infrastructure and communication companies;
among them is a company which traded in NASDAQ, with turnover of over
$100M. The group employs over 1200 employees in Israel and around the
world. While serving as C. Mer's CFO Mr. Metuki was responsible for managing
the finance, operations and human resources as well as served as the company's
internal controller and a director of most of its subsidiaries. Along
the years, his job included raising funds from various sources, including
bonds and I.P.O's in Israel and U.S.A. Mr. Metuki holds a M. Sc. in Economics
& Work Studies from Tel Aviv University and brings with him 30 years of
management and operations experience of some of the leading technology
groups in Israel.
