Ehud Gal - President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Ehud Gal established O.D.F. Optronics after serving for more than 20 years in a variety of positions in the Israeli Military R&D units, during which he led activities in the area of Image Processing, Computer Vision and Expert Support Systems. These resulted in the deployment of systems, which are now running successfully in the Israeli Defense Force. His service included positions as Project Officer, R&D Division of the Israel Air Force, where he was in charge of cutting edge technologies in the electro-optics field, often applying creative and unorthodox methodology. He reached the senior position of Scientific Deputy to the Head of DDR&D (defense Directorate for R&D) where his responsibilities included the analysis of current and future requirements of the defense arena with an emphasis on identifying technological gaps, forecasting technological trends and negotiating and processing contractual agreements for Defense R&D with local and foreign industries. He holds the rank of Col. (res.) and enjoys close relations with many sectors of the Israeli R&D establishment. He holds a B.Sc. from Technion in Industrial Management and an M.A. from the National Security College in national security and defense industries.

Eran Tibon - CFO & COO
Eran Tibon, has served as the company's Chief Financial Officer since June 2006. Mr. Tibon brings with him over 19 years of revenue and profit building experience with high-growth companies. He has been instrumental in bringing private companies to IPO, having been involved in the development of six successful start-up hi-tech companies. Prior to joining Wave group,Mr. Tibon held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Exanet Ltd (2005-2006), Smart Link Ltd (2000-2005) Intex Ltd and Shellcase Ltd, subsidiaries of Toyo Ink (1995-2000).From 1992 to 1995 he served in a senior financial capacity at textile firm, following extensive experience in one of Israel's largest accounting firms. Mr. Tibon is a certified CPA and holds an MBA and B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University.

Danny Nadri - VP Sales and Marketing
Mr. Nadri joined ODF Optronics as VP Sales and Marketing in November 2006, and is part of the Executive Team. Prior to joining ODF, Mr. Nadri was VP Sales of Image ID, A Start Up in the area of Automatic Identification, based on imaging technology. As part of the company management, he was responsible for the development of sales/marketing, and company growth strategy.Prior to Image ID, Mr. Nadri was the National Sales Manager of the US Subsidiary of Orbotech Inc., in the company headquarter.Mr. Nadri was responsible for the management of Sales of equipment and software for the PCB industry. He also developed the program for Indirect Sales channels in the US. Prior to ORBOTECH INC. Mr. Nadri worked in MALAT Division of Israel Aircraft Industries, primarily handling European Unmanned Airvehicles Programms, managing winning proposal for European defense forces. Mr. Nadri holds a Law degree L.L.B (H) from the University Of East London and from the University Of Utrecht (Netherlands- Rijks University). Mr. Nadri served in the Israeli Air Force and released at the rank of captain.

Ronald H. Bristol II - VP Business Development
Ron joined ODF in March of 2006 and is part of the Executive Team at ODF. Ron is responsible for all Business Development activities worldwide. He is located in the United States and in additon has Sales and Marketing responsibilities for The Americas. Prior to joining ODF, Ron was employed by Remington Arms Company, Inc. Ron worked at Remington for over 10 years and served in a variety of capacities including his most recent position as Chief Operating Officer. While at Remington, Ron negotiated with ODF to secure the US Distribution rights for ODF 's products for Remington. Prior to Remington , Ron worked as an auditor and business consultant for Arthur Andersen & Co. Ron hold a B.S in Accountancy from Villanova University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Dr. Moti Yanuka - V.P Digital Products
Dr. Yanuka holds 20 years of experience leading advanced large scale R&D projects at a number of successful Hi-Tech companies.  At 2004 Dr. Yanuka founded Smart-Vision which specializes at Smart Camera technologis and image understanding software. Among Dr. Yanuka's positions where; 1996-2004 Leading the R&D team of Camtek specializing in machine vision, hardware, software and algorithm design, 1996-1990 lead the R&D team of FrantzTech specializing in medical imaging.
Education - At 1984 Moti Yanuka received his PhD in the area of computational physics and image analysis, in application to flow in porous media, from the University of Guelph at Ontario Canada . At 1978 he received his MSc in Soil Physics from the Hebrew U. Jerusalem. During the years 1985-1986, Dr. Yanuka received Post-Doctorate fellowship (NSERC Canada), 1986-1987 Soden Post-Doctorate fellowship from the Technion Israel and during 1987-1990 research fellowship at the Hebrew University Jerusalem, mostly at issues related to computational physics.
Dr Yanuka Shall lead ODF's technological avenues and road map and the consequence projects to which he will contribute his expertise in the fields of Management of large scale successful R&D projects, specializing in Electro-Optic advanced systems and Image Understanding software and hardware.

Gil Graisman - CTO
Mr. Graisman completed 20 years of service in the Israeli air force, where he was in charge of R&D projects in the field of electronic warfare. Before that he was the head of electronic warfare research team in the air force. He holds rank of Lt. Col (res.). Mr. Graisman holds a BSc. in electronics engineering and an MBA from Be'er Sheba University.He has many years of experience in cutting-edge technology, project management, R&D and complex algorithm analysis and development. His unique experience and expertise has granted him the ability to conduct both in depth technical research and development along with overall technical management of several projects.

Udi Gilboa - VP Product Management
After 15 years of a successful service in the Israeli Air Force, Mr. Gilboa retired at the rank of Lt. Col., while holding a BA (with honors) in Geodesy and Cartography from the Tel Aviv University and graduated from the Israeli Defense Forces School of Computer Programming. During this period, Mr. Gilboa was engaged in developing systems to support the Israeli Air Force C³I operations, fulfilling various roles in managing software development projects. Subsequent to his years in the IDF, Mr. Gilboa joined Amdocs, one of the worldwide leading providers of Customer Care and Billing systems for tier 1 telecommunication companies. During his 10 years at Amdocs, Mr. Gilboa performed various activities, including: Project Management, Site Manager at Rogers (a cellular provider, Toronto, Canada) - in charge of putting an Amdocs CC&B system to production and providing on going support, introducing and implementing a new product development methodology (TTM - Time To Market) and Program Management in the R&D organization. Mr. Gilboa is responsible for the Product Management activities for ODF products.

Gennadiy Berinsky - R&D Senior Researcher
Mr. Berinsky has gained international recognition as one of the world's leading panoramic photographers. Mr. Berinsky is utilizing his artistic capabilities combined with his academic background to enhance the company's capabilities in the field of multimedia,photography and display methods.Mr. Berinsky holds academic degrees in both Physics and Art.

Yaron Greenhut - Project Manager
Mr. Greenhut has a B.Sc. in Computer and Software Engineering, specializing in algorithms and computation theory. He is currently completing his M.Sc. in control and robotics at the Technion technology institute in Haifa, Israel.
Mr. Greenhut has 5 years of experience in the Hi-Tech industry where he took part in leading R&D projects both as a senior programmer and in algorithms development. Mr. Greenhut is a project manager and is in charge of some of the leading projects at O.D.F. Optronics.

Vitaly Karakuz - Hardware Development Manager
Mr.Krakuz is an experienced electric engineer, with several years of practical development experience in one of the world's leading communication companies. Mr.Krakuz holds a Bs.c in electric Engineering.

Ran Gur - Algorithm Team Leader
Mr. Gur is in charge of the development of all the algorithms that are in use at the various company's products.
Mr. Gur has more than 7 years of experience in algorithm development, specializing in image understanding for the security and commercial fields. Mr. Gur holds a B.Sc and M.B.A., both from the Bar Ilan University in Israel.

David Cohen - Software Application Team Leader
Mr. Cohen serves as the company's software application team leader, leading a team of skilled software engineers, and responsible for development of all applications, software and interfaces which envelop the company's projects. Mr. Cohen specialized, for several years, in software development of image processing and image understanding applications mainly for the security and commercial fields.
Mr. Cohen holds a B.Sc in computer Science from the Bar Ilan university and currently completing an M.Sc in computer science at the Tel Aviv university.
