Josef Fishman - President and Chief Executive Officer
Josef Fishman is the President and CEO of ODF Optronics Ltd.
In the course of his 32 career years, Josef Fishman has filled a variety
of management positions in business development, marketing, large scale
program management and engineering – this in the fields of aerospace,
defense and security. Among them: Senior V.P. of Marketing and Business
Development of Asia Global Technologies - AGT, Corporate acting Vice President
for marketing and business development of Israel Aerospace Industries
– the largest defense industry in Israel, director of IAI’s
business development in North America, marketing director of MBT –
missile & space division of IAI, and program manager of a number of
large scale defense programs, including the “BARAK”, a major
naval weapon system for use against airborne and missile threats - in
operational use by several navies in dozens of ships.
Mr. Fishman is holding a degree in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv
University.
Eran Tibon - CFO & COO
Eran Tibon, has served as the company's Chief Financial Officer since
June 2006. Mr. Tibon brings with him over 19 years of revenue and profit
building experience with high-growth companies. He has been instrumental
in bringing private companies to IPO, having been involved in the development
of six successful start-up hi-tech companies. Prior to joining Wave group,Mr.
Tibon held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Exanet Ltd (2005-2006),
Smart Link Ltd (2000-2005) Intex Ltd and Shellcase Ltd, subsidiaries of
Toyo Ink (1995-2000).From 1992 to 1995 he served in a senior financial
capacity at textile firm, following extensive experience in one of Israel's
largest accounting firms. Mr. Tibon is a certified CPA and holds an MBA
and B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University.
Amit Morag - VP, Marketing and Business Development
Mr. Morag has an accomplished history in the UAV industry, spanning 20 years. Prior to joining ODF Optronics, he worked for several UAV industry leaders. Among them: Aurora …. [to be completed], at BAE SYSTEMS North America he led the effort to define a worldwide UAV market strategy at the Israel Aircraft Industries (IAI) as the Director for US UAV Operations. He held a central role in fielding and supporting the US Army Short Range UAV system; trained US Army and Marine Corps personnel in the use of these systems; and was responsible for knowledge transfer to industry partners. He managed the at-sea flight demonstration program of Hunter UAV operations from LHD-class ships for the US Navy. From 1987 to 1991, Mr. Morag was the Operational System Designer for UAV Systems at IAI where he defined system architecture, detailed requirements, operational design, and performed ground and flight integration testing for a number of the Hunter UAV systems, including Pioneer, Ranger, Impact, Hunter, Searcher and their respective ground control systems. From 1981 to 1987, Mr. Morag served in the Israel Air Force (IAF), Unmanned Aircraft Squadron, where he piloted multiple UAV systems, including the Teledyne Firebee 124I, Teledyne BQM-34 C/D, Northrop Chukar, IAI Scout and Super-Scout. He was responsible for technology insertion and Concept-of-Operations development for IAF operations. He was a senior instructor of Internal Pilots, Mission Payload Operators, and Mission Commanders at the IAF squadron. Mr. Morag attended Ort Singalowski Technological Academy in Tel Aviv, Israel where he majored in electronics and micro-computers.
Gil Graisman - CTO
Mr. Graisman completed 20 years of service in the Israeli air force, where
he was in charge of R&D projects in the field of electronic warfare.
Before that he was the head of electronic warfare research team in the
air force. He holds rank of Lt. Col (res.). Mr. Graisman holds a BSc.
in electronics engineering and an MBA from Be'er Sheba University.He has
many years of experience in cutting-edge technology, project management,
R&D and complex algorithm analysis and development. His unique experience
and expertise has granted him the ability to conduct both in depth technical
research and development along with overall technical management of several
projects.
Jacob Marom - VP R&D
Jacob brings 17 years experience in large scale military systems,
in Avionics and in Naval domains, including: software design,
leadership of system engineering, large scale project management
and business development.
Jacob brings additional 8 years experience in providing products to the
PC/Note Books and communication services.
Jacob brings vast experience and leadership in development of integrated,
complex, multidisciplinary systems including management of large groups
of people (up to 80), setting plans, processes, procedures and constructing
relevant teams for the required projects that were successfully provided
world-wide.
Jacob graduated in Ben-Gurion University at Beer-Sheba by 1983,
holding a BSC degree in Mathematics and Computer Science
Rami Bernstein – VP production & Procurement
Rami has joined ODF Optronics LTD during June 2010.
Rami brings to ODF a wealth of 20 years in production, manufacturing, purchasing and engineering.
Prior to joining ODF, he held various senior level of production management positions, in several large technological companies including RIT Technologies (1991-2000), AVAYA communication (2001-2004) and Minicom (2008-2010) as well as in start- up companies such as: Sunlight Medical and Hynex communications.
Rami holds an MBA degree and a BA degree in Business Administration.
Udi Gilboa - VP Quality Assurance and Human Resources
After 15 years of a successful service in the Israeli Air Force, Mr. Gilboa
retired at the rank of Lt. Col., while holding a BA (with honors) in Geodesy
and Cartography from the Tel Aviv University and graduated from the Israeli
Defense Forces School of Computer Programming. During this period, Mr.
Gilboa was engaged in developing systems to support the Israeli Air Force
C³I operations, fulfilling various roles in managing software development
projects. Subsequent to his years in the IDF, Mr. Gilboa joined Amdocs,
one of the worldwide leading providers of Customer Care and Billing systems
for tier 1 telecommunication companies. During his 10 years at Amdocs,
Mr. Gilboa performed various activities, including: Project Management,
Site Manager at Rogers (a cellular provider, Toronto, Canada) - in charge
of putting an Amdocs CC&B system to production and providing on-going
support, introducing and implementing a new product development methodology
(TTM - Time To Market) and Program Management in the R&D organization.
Ehud Dinerman - VP Products Division
In the course of his 23 career years, Ehud Dinerman has
filled a variety of management and technical positions in
business development, marketing, system
engineering and product management in the fields of the defense and civil
industry.
Among them: Director of Product management at Amobee Systems and CPU strategic
planner at Intel. Prior to that Mr. Dinerman worked at Elbit Systems LTD
at variety of positions, as a BD & Marketing Manager, Head of Digital
Map Systems Group and other technical roles. Prior to that Mr. Dinerman
served 8 years as an air crew member
in the Israeli Air Force.
Mr. Dinerman is holding a BSc. in Information Systems & Computer Engineering
from
the Faculty of Computer Engineering at the Technion and MBA from the School
of
Management at Haifa University.
