Remington R1 Eye Ball, ask for quote if you're in law enforcement
Made for law enforcement personnel, the Eye Ball, is described as a compact, wireless 360-degree mobile display system. It can be rolled, tossed, lowered or thrown into an area where officers need to see what's going on before they enter. It contains an omni-directional camera (that can be directed towards a specific target) and is capable of capturing video and audio and transmitting that information outside up to about 180 metres.
Voisec recording button, sold in Europe
Got a message to impart that's too lengthy to leave on the fridge, or for someone who's visually impaired? Then the Voisec (voisec.se), a kind of vocal Post-It Note, four centimetres in diameter, may be just the answer. Users simply remove the button from its holder and keep it pressed together then record a message of up to one minute in length.
Anemone Clock, not yet available
The Anemone clock rumbles, it rolls away from you, it flashes and, it forces you to get out of your comfy bed to chase it around the room (like a pet, says industrial designer Aaron Tang at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, who came up with the concept). And even after you capture the clock (www.aarontang.net/portfolio/Sampler--clock.jpg), it continues to rumble, just in case you were thinking of going back to.
